How do I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can click or“Track Your Order“in the footer and fill in your tracking number or order number for inquiry.

How can I modify the shipping address?

After you place an order, the time allowed for changing the delivery address is very limited. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us promptly with your order number and the new address details. Another situation is that if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. We are not responsible for any delivery failures caused by this reason. We appreciate your understanding.

Why my order’s shipping status has not been updated yet?

Once your items are shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes your order number, carrier details, order date, order time, current status, and the tracking number for your package. Please be aware that updates to tracking information may take 3-5 business days. If you have any additional questions, please contact us promptly.

How to apply?

Step 1: Push back the cuticles on each finger with pusher

Step 2: Use nail file to shape nails

Step 3: Use buffer to polishing nails

Step 4: Use alchohol pad to clean nail surface

Step 5: Choose the right size of jelly tabs for each nails and apply them to the nails and make sure there is no air bubbles inside

Step 6: Align the press-on nail with the base of natural nail, gently press it down to ensure it adheres tightly to the jelly tab.

What shapes and length nails do you offer?

At the moment, we offer 8 nail shapes and lengths. If you find a size we don’t have, please contact us via  customer@sivaol.com . We also have customization service.

What are our nails made from?

The main material is high-quality acrylic and poly gel. Our press-ons add an UV finish, providing a glossy, shiny, and seamless finish. Our UV top coat is cured with UV light during handmade process to maximize nail’s durability.

Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Sure! They are completely reusable!

What’s included in a manicure kit?

It includes 10 nail pieces, a plastic nail case, 2 alcohol pads, a sponge file, a nail file, a nail buffer, 2 cuticle pushers and 24 pieces of jelly tab.

What‘s the daily care process for my press-ons?

Avoid household cleaners or harsh chemicals as much as possible! Nails are more permeable than skin. Prolonged contact with water can also dry out your nails and hands, so be sure to wear gloves when doing household chores. It is recommended to apply hand cream after washing your hands.

What should I do to make press-on nails firmer and last longer?

Please avoid contact with water, lotion and oil for 3 hours after application. We recommend regular care, including frequent use of hand cream. Our nail materials and jelly gel are carefully selected to ensure highest quality. With proper daily care, your nails can typically last 30 days.
